At Next Level Fire Consulting, we are dedicated to preparing individuals, teams, and organizations with the skills and knowledge they need to stay safe, compliant, and confident in the face of emergencies. Our mission is simple: to take fire safety and training to the next level through hands-on instruction, real-world expertise, and a passion for protecting lives.
Founded by Eric Henry Sr., a seasoned Fire Training Captain with the Detroit Fire Department and a Sergeant First Class in the Michigan Army National Guard, Next Level Fire Consulting is built on more than a decade of dual service in both fire and military leadership.
With 12+ years in the Army National Guard specializing in CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) defense, and over 8+ years in the fire service with the busiest fire department is the world, Eric brings unmatched experience in high-pressure decision-making, emergency response, and training development.
